The thermostat's temperature probe is inserted into the fridge through a small hole made in the side wall. The fridge is plugged into the thermostat and the temperature set. The thermostat simply turns the fridge off and on, maintining the desired temperature within. Blessed Cheesemakers retails thermostats for $175 per unit. For those who are interested in purchasing a thermostat, please register your interest by EMAIL, writing THERMOSTAT as the subject. |
